Copies of transcripts are available upon request. To request a copy of your transcripts, print the transcript request form, fill out the information and mail or fax to the appropriate department. Most requests are processed within 48 hours.

Transcripts may not be requested by telephone or email and will not be sent without a signed release form. You may contact Student Support at (719) 579-2553 or (719) 579-2554 for additional information.

If you are a GED graduate, you may obtain a copy of your transcripts or duplicate diploma by contacting the Colorado Department of Education at:
